EMCC Software new UIQ Alliance Partner

UIQ Technology announced that EMCC Software is joining the UIQ Alliance Partner program as a UIQ Competence Center. The UIQ Alliance Partner Program provides an increased choice of UIQ compatible technologies and knowledge for UIQ customers. EMCC Software will be offering an enhanced portfolio of Development, Consultancy and Training services to UIQ licensees and to the growing UIQ Community.

“EMCC software is a long established member of the Symbian community, with an excellent reputation for the quality of service that they provide. They have the specialist skills and expertise to significantly enhance the management, creation and development of UIQ phones. Our cooperation will make it easier for mobile phone manufacturers to find good development and training services supporting UIQ” says Carina Dietmann, Head of Marketing at UIQ Technology AB.

UIQ Alliance will enable mobile phone manufacturers to easily and quickly find partners that are acknowledged by UIQ Technology. EMCC can assist with all commercial and technical aspects of a project from pre-specification to post-product launch phases. This can involve product definition (both hardware and software), product implementation, including customization, integration and porting, and first line support and maintenance.
