TYTAN Hosted Billing Services offer carriers the opportunity to use complete end-to-end Billing and Customer Care service without investment in the hardware and software needed to deploy fully operational billing platform. Hosted billing delivered by Comarch helps carriers in better cost planning, reducing TCO and significantly improved security and time-to-market. TYTAN HBS enables remote access to all the functions available on the advanced billing platform equipped with advanced features like Fraud Detection or Revenue Assurance.

TYTAN HBS is ideally suited for a full range of Telecommunication operators: MNVOs, start- up carriers, new service providers, VNP operators which intend to avoid or delay upfront costs and/or operations of a billing system. With TYTAN Hosted Billing Services, subscribers can realize the full range of processes: loading, rating, aggregating, accounting, clearing, taxing, invoicing, reporting, dunning, debt managing, data export/importing - as if the billing system was installed at their own premises. Access to the service is via a VPN or an internet connection that links the carrier to Comarch Data Centre. TYTAN Hosted Billing Services can be installed on a thin-client (two- tier) or fat client (one-tier) configuration depending on the preferences of the customer. In the first case access to TYTAN HBS is obtained through a simple web browser, in the second case the access to the web servers is done through a high-capacity internet connection.
