End2End strengthens its market position through acquisition of MIGway

End2End, Europe’s leading B2B managed service solution provider for mobile data services and content, today announced that it has acquired 100% of MIGway A/S from TDC Mobile and LogicaCMG.

MIGway owns and operates an SMSC (Short Message Service Centre) under a mobile operator license in Denmark, providing interactive messaging services to customers across Europe. The company is best known for powering mobile Hotmail and MSN Messenger services across Europe.

The primary driver for the acquisition was the synergy between MIGway’s solutions and services and End2End’s Connectivity offering. As a result of the acquisition, End2End has expanded the scale and capabilities of its Connectivity offering through the addition of an SMSC, SS7 (Signalling System 7) connectivity, dedicated number range, and direct connections to more than 300 mobile operators across 150 countries.
