Panasonic X701 - based on Symbian Series 60 - comes to Vodafone EU in December 2004 November 25, 2004; The smallest Symbian cellphone comes to the market soon... ... and interestingly it is equipped mini-SD card slot. It features also built-in VGA camera. Price of this phone is not known yet. This phone will be branded by Vodafone and it is a cellphone in a clam shel design with external display and protruding antenna. Please note: despite the fact that it is the smallest Symbian smarpthone, still the smallest smartphone in the world is HTC Typhoon (also known as "Orange SPV C500", "Audiovox STM5600", i-mate SP3, etc) that is powered by Microsoft software (Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphone).
