T-Mobile UK installs 3G masts without notifying anybody

Just revealed by BBC...

Apparently T-Mobile UK is pretending to make maintenance of existing installations - i.e. GSM masts and base stations but in fact they are installing 3G network infrastructure: masts and base stations.

Why? Because T-Mobile UK wants to avoid protests from inhabitants of given areas. Another reaons may be: no need to pay more money to local governments for these 3G installations, no need to get permission from local authorities too...

Local inhabitants are very angry and in some place in UK there are even protests and petitions organized. People simply are scared that these 3G masts can cause some illness to them and their children.
