Verdict from Airbus : it's safe to use cell phones onbard of airplanes

EU-based Airbus has overtaken USA-based Boeing as the largest airplane producer on this planet, so it's good news that it's safe to use cell phones onboard....

Airbus and SITA are cooperating to make usage of cell phones in airplanes a eality. According to SITA (a company specialized in travel communications) since year 2006 all passengers will be able to board the plane with their normal cell phones switched-on and be able to use it all the time - also during the flight.

So now all technical problems are out of the way and the only obstacle may be protests of passengers, who actually would like to have peace while flying and wouldn't like to be bothered by phone calls of other passengers...
