Wireless Java 2004 - conference
October 07, 2004;
Main conference: 16 & 17 November, workshop: Monday 15 November Marriott Kensington, Central London.

The boom of the mobile data market has led to the increased presence of Java technologies in the wireless place. In February 2004, Sun Microsystems estimated that there were over 250 millions Java enabled devices that had been deployed by 31 handset manufacturers through 77 operators worldwide. Telecom industry leaders cannot ignore such a significant global presence.

Wireless Java 2004 is the place to learn and understand the impact of Java in the wireless market. Over the two days this conference will look at the role of Java in the wireless value chain, how the Java offer works for operators, developers and device manufacturers, and how it compares with its competitors.
