All your BLUETOOTH LOGO are belong to us - says Bluetooth SIG, Inc
May 05, 2004;
Believe it are not but Bluetooth SIG attacks msmobiles.com just because we used their logo...

Message from Bluetooth SIG, Inc:

Your website [...] has recently been brought to the attention of Bluetooth SIG, Inc. (the "SIG"). As you probably know, the SIG is the source of BLUETOOTH wireless technology and owns the family of Bluetooth trademarks, including the BLUETOOTH word mark, the stylized "B Design" logo, and the BLUETOOTH & "B Design" combination mark (collectively, the "Bluetooth Marks"). You can obtain more information about the activities and role of the SIG, as such pertains to BLUETOOTH wireless technology, at www.bluetooth.com. First and foremost, we appreciate your interest in BLUETOOTH wireless technology, and your efforts in creating an alternate forum where individuals interested in BLUETOOTH wireless technology can go for valuable information. Contributions of this nature serve to further promote BLUETOOTH wireless technology throughout the world.

However, one of the SIG's core purposes is to as ensure that all uses of the Bluetooth Marks in connection with the offering of goods and services are properly licensed and authorized by the SIG. By doing so, the SIG preserves the value, distinctiveness, and protectability of the Bluetooth Marks on behalf of all SIG members.

Your website, shows the Bluetooth combination mark in combination with another trademark. This goes against our brand guidelines and because you are not a member of the Bluetooth SIG, you are not licensed to use the figure mark or combination mark on your website. You may continue to use the Bluetooth word mark in weblogs, etc.

It is our sincere hope that you will continue with your efforts in connection with BLUETOOTH wireless technology, but removed the Bluetooth combination mark that is used inappropriately on your site. Otherwise, your organization's unauthorized uses of the Bluetooth Marks will constitute trademark infringement, and the SIG will be forced to seek alternate avenues to ensure that you stop making such unauthorized uses altogether.
