During the Class Period, defendants materially misled the investing public, thereby inflating the price of Nokia's common stock, by publicly issuing false and misleading statements and omitting to disclose material facts necessary to make defendats' statements, as set forth herein, not false and misleading. Said statemetns and omissions were materially false and misleading in that they failed to disclose material adverse information and misrepresented the truth about the Company, it's business and operations, as alleged herein.

Defandants's materially false and misleading statements during the Class Period resulted in paintiff and other members of the Class purchasing the Company's securities at artificially inflated prices, thus causing the damages complained of herein.
