Finger-friendly Sudoku and Backup applications for Windows Mobile released by Resco March 28, 2008 [General] | By Edward J. R. Windows Mobile 6.1, that apparently will be announced next week by Microsoft should have also improved support for finger-based navigation, but it is far from certain... so no wonder that Windows Mobile developers instead of waiting for Windows Mobile 7 (release announcement coming in February 2009) are implementing finger-friendly usability themselves! Resco company is based in Slovakia, EU, and they offer several applications for Windows Mobile and it is good to see, that they continue developing new ones: Resco Sudoku Touch allows creating thousands of puzzles in four difficulty levels. You can also insert and solve any Sudoku puzzle published in your favorite newspaper, or create your own puzzle. The entire Sudoku design is touch based and at no point do you need a stylus. Resco Sudoku Touch was programmed with the emphasis on intuitive and fast control.
