Nowadays several brilliant Pocket PC phones (like i-mate JAM or T-Mobile MDA Compact) are equipped with Bluetooth and allow for use of cheap Blueooth LAN access points, however if you are outdoors Wi-Fi is not only better but sometimes it is the only way to access Internet without the use of cellular networks! In such cases - if you have Pocket PC phone with Bluetooth but without Wi-Fi - not everything is lost: you can buy one of many SDIO Wi-Fi cards and get immediate access to Internet through hot spots...
