HTC publishes excellent results for year 2004 and announces 20 new smartphones and PDA phones in year 2005

HTC, that is the biggest manufacturer of cell phones powered by Microsoft's Windows Mobile, has just announced financial results for year 2004. These results are simply excellent! On top of that HTC claims, that it will deliver 20 new phones this year! Apparently time of warming up is over and now massive attack begins...
HTC made phones are being sold under such brands as i-mate, Qtek, T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone and others... and not so many people know about HTC, but it quietly is doing good job.
HTC Reports 97% Increase in Record Year Profit
High Tech Computer Corp. (TAIEX: 2498) announced its self-assessed financial results for fiscal year 2004, ended December 31.
The total revenues of the fiscal year 2004 were NT$ 36,408 million and year-on-year growth were 66.84%. Net income after tax were NT$3,647million, representing a 97.04% growth over 2003. Earnings per share after tax for the full year of 2004 were NT$13.39.
