Voice Command released in new version 1.5 + FREE update for users of former versions available January 06, 2005 [Pocket PC] | By Edward J. R. Microsoft could easily win "the least innovative company in the world" award: the new version of Voice Command - 1.5 - has been just released but still there is no possibility to read e-mails in inbox aloud and no text-to-speech utility... 
The software requirement for you to run Voice Command is Windows Mobile 2003 software for Pocket PC or Pocket PC Phone Edition. ... however no version for Microsoft Smartphone have been released yet! Shame on Microsoft! Although Microsoft says that it is coming: Voice Command will be available for additional languages and Windows Mobile-based Smartphones later this year.
