Commercial launch of T-Mobile MDA III Pocket PC phone is imminent - already on display in shops in Europe September 25, 2004 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. While T-Mobile USA is promoting and selling HP iPAQ 6315 Pocket PC phone that has both built-in Wi-Fi and built-in Bluetooth, in Europe T-Mobile is preparing commercial launch of T-Mobile MDA III - another model with built-in Wi-Fi and built-in Bluetooth. Actually T-Mobile MDA III is already being displayed in shops in Europe:
... with information "Coming Soon" and price listed: 749 Euro (without cellular service subscription). Apart from that... ... official web page of T-Mobile MDA III (at the website of T-Mobile) is informing that this phone is to be available by the end of September 2004. Obviously many target customers for this phone - managers - prefer to have a device with built-in keyboard and they don't even seriously consider any gadget without keyboard! (availability of full-QWERTY keyboard in RIM Blackberry is one of reasons of its success - after all people want to write e-mails comfortably) So T-Mobile MDA III (also to be sold as XDA III and also under other brands) together with upcoming Motorola MPx are a very good offer such customers! While release date of Motorola MPx is still a mystery (depending on sources it is either November 2004 or February 2005), the T-Mobile MDA III (and other brands under it will be sold) is very real and coming very soon - end of this very month.
