First information about T-Mobile MDA IV ( yes, 4 !!!, aka Xda 4 ) available July 17, 2004 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. By now HTC (High Tech Computer Corp. from Taiwan) has been producing these Pocket PC phones: 1. T-Mobile MDA alias XDA : processor StrongARM 206 MHz, 2-band GSM, GPRS, 32 or 64 MB RAM, QVGA display 2. T-Mobile MDA II alias XDA 2 : processor XScale 400 MHz, 3-band GSM, built-in VGA camera, GPRS, 64 MB RAM, buit-in Bluetooth, QVGA display 3. T-Mobile MDA III alias XDA 3 : processor XScale 400 MHz, 3-band GSM, built-in VGA camera, GPRS, 128 MB RAM, built-in Bluetooth, built-in Wi-Fi, QVGA display, retractable full-QWERTY keyboard, release date: September 2004. So what about number four? We have first information about it already!!!! Read on : 4. T-Mobile MDA IV alias XDA 4 : processor XScale 624 MHz, UMTS (3G) + 4-band GSM, VGA display (not 320x240 as before but 640x480 as in current top models of non-phone Pocket PC devices), release date: first half of 2005.
