Yes, it is full-QWERTY keyboard! To avoid any doubts, here is picture of specifications of this phone: 
(the remaining specs we have taken from the paper brochure that BenQ was giving away at CeBIT) As far as release date is concerned, then people at the stand BenQ were saying that it will come yet this year, and they mentioned something about the summer. However since the device was behind glass, we had an impression that it may be later than summer... Please note: the proper way to pronounce "BenQ" is "ben q", not "benc" as some people do it. During presentations BenQ people used only "ben q" pronounciation. Credit: big thanks to Peter from en gadget for giving us a tip, that BenQ presents this phone at CeBIT.
