Question: pls tell me the information regardingthe processors used in various mobile handsets? I want the list telling handset name & the processor used in it.
Answer: Symbian phones are hiding processors - this is evil policy of Symbian, but Windows mobiles not: usually 2 types of ARM-compatible processors come into play: from TI (Texas Instruments) and from Intel (Xscale). Please check specifications of each model . The other than Windows Mobile phones - regular phones for example - usually use signal processors and proprietary chipsets and there is no point in publishing their processors.
