Please note: alternative for this phone is a smartphone development kit, including Compal phone, from Microsoft, that is available here: http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/developer/smartphonedeveloperkitoffer/default.asp. It includes however pre-commercial developer phone, that is less stable than Orange SPV phone that is a commercial, stable product.
The phone comes shipped from UK (a country in EU - so if you live in EU - no customs fees at all are due) in such package, delivered by TNT delivery service company:
Inside of the above box there is another box, that however is not "orange letters on black background" -style box usually used by Orange, but just a white ordinary box:
